A mistake made long ago…

Pain buried so deep…

When Bailey Trent returns home to her small little Ozark mountain town after being away for nearly six years, she knows she’ll face the ghosts of her past. It does not mean she’s prepared to come face to face with the cruelest of those memories.

Darren Cory’s life is a shell of what it once was, and when he’s forced to endure the cause of his agony, hatred abounds quickly. But hating Bailey destroys him too.

Can Darren find a way to move past the pain and forgive the woman he once cared so much for before his anger consumes them both? Or will he drag them into the hell of an unforgiven past.

I am soo Excited about this Book. Loved My Brother's Keeper!!

LOVED THIS BOOK..
What an EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER!!

My Review:

Pain, Regret, Hate, Guilt.. Those are all the emotions that kept coursing through me while I read Darren & Bailey's story

It's difficult to put my thoughts into words and not give the story away. We get alternate POV's and we go from past to present in a seamless manner that makes you feel as if your remembering the events not reading about them. The story is so emotional and it's due to the storyline being SO REAL!!! this could happen to anyone and it has happened to so many.. One night of fun changed so much for 2 families, 2 friends, 2 possible soul mates.

Bailey was dealt a series of unimaginable events and still tried to make the best of what she had to grasp onto. She was forgiven from everyone but the one person she NEEDED it from!
Darren moved on while never letting go of the past and just became bitter not knowing how to deal with what he felt and what he thought he should feel!

Unforgiven was a friends to lovers story unlike any I've read!
I am an utter glutton for Angst and I was not disappointed..
The mental abuse and emotional anguish was just so gut wrenching you could FEEL what they were both going through. When they were together their connection was explosive, Elizabeth Finn definitely delivered again on the steam factor. Darren was such a dirty talker and OOOH so creative when it came time to act out on his desires and finally let down his guard. Aahemm - I couldn't get over his creativity for days!

When walls were breached and the past was finally confronted they both got the HEA they were meant to have!!!

Unattainable (Undeniable #3) ~ Madeline Sheehan

Unattainable (Undeniable, #3)Unattainable by Madeline Sheehan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Blurb:
Warning: This is not a virtuous and tender love story. It’s chaotic, ruthless, and tragic. This story takes love and kills its innocence, steals away the pure moments, and crushes the hearts of the broken. A story born in childhood, tying one girl to one boy, leads to a destructive path—that hurts more than it doesn’t, that shatters more than it heals—testing the love that binds the two through a lifetime.

Tegen Matthews is the daughter of Dorothy Kelley, a club whore in the Hell’s Horsemen. A plain little girl, Tegen falls into the gritty world of the motorcycle club. When she meets a sweet, caring boy, she embraces the warmth and affection he shows her. Cage West is the son of the president of the Hell’s Horsemen. Tall and blond with deep brown eyes, as he grows up Cage realizes the power of his dimpled smile and smooth drawl. With one chance encounter, Tegen becomes forever tied to Cage. Following is a wayward journey that is filled with regrets, mistakes, and heartache, pulling at the threads that hold them together. Cage and Tegen fight hard but love harder, and in the end, what matters is where the journey takes one girl and one boy, who have been twined with one another since the beginning.

This is Tegen and Cage’s story.

Love doesn’t erase a broken heart, and it sure doesn’t change people. But no matter how old, how flimsy, how frayed the rope of love is, it keeps you tethered to the people you love.

My Review:
5 Fucking Awesome Stars.!!!!
Cage was a bit of a Whiney wuss but other than that I loved everything else..
Tegen was kickass and mouthy..loved Ellie and Dirty's side story it was short but enough to get their story across.
We got to see glimpses of the entire crazy West family and even got a little bit of "Preacher"
And I cannot WAIT for ZZ's story this guy has been passed up so many times now.. It will take one strong ass chick to ground him! AND Please let there be plenty of Cage Fighting scenes Yum!!

This series is the SHIT!!!!
The Language, the drama, the characters its all so REAL..

Simple Perfection (Perfection, #2; Rosemary Beach) ~ Abbi Glines

Woods had his perfect life mapped out for him. Rise up the ranks of the family business. Marry the rich girl of his parents’ dreams. Pretend that wealth and privilege was all he’d ever wanted. Then a girl named Della breezed into town, a beautifully imperfect stranger who captured his heart and opened his eyes to a new kind of future. Woods is ready and willing to sacrifice everything for her when the sudden death of his father leaves him with his mother to care for and a business to manage.

Della is determined to be strong for Woods, even as she’s quietly falling to pieces. No matter how far from home she’s run, the ghosts of her past have never stopped haunting her. Struggling to hide her true feelings from Woods, Della fears she can’t be his rock without dragging him down into the darkness with her. But is she strong enough to let go of the last thing holding her together?

I Loved this addition to the Rosemary Beach Series

Woods is just Simply PERFECT!!!

Della now on the other hand seriously needed to grow a pair but THANKFULLY redeemed herself in my eyes and was actually WORTHY of MY Woods!!!

Really would have liked to know what his Mom and Crazy Ex- Fiancé had gotten into later on in the book ( maybe taken out a scene that had me choking back tears)

It's always great to get a hint of what all the other characters are up to. I can't wait for Harlow and Grants Story!!

~*~*~*~*~SPOILER~*~*~*~*~

Coming back to my teary moment!!!!

I could SOOOOOOOOOOO have done without a certain scene that tore me up seriously.. why get rid of one person like that to set the scene for someone else... WHY not a life threatening injury? Laid up in hospital for a while? Fuck even Amnesia would have worked GREAT!!!

GAHHHH!!!!! I didn't like that one damn bit GRRRRRRR

Sweet Young Thang (Theta Alpha Gamma, # 3) ~ Anne Tenino

Thanks to Collin Montes, Theta Alpha Gamma now welcomes gay and bisexual students. Persuading his Uncle Monty, president of the TAG Alumni Association, that the open approach won’t adversely affect TAG’s reputation is Collin’s own first step toward coming out. As long as there are no repercussions, he’ll escape the closet by graduation.

Enter repercussions, stage left: someone rigs the TAG House water heater to launch through the ceiling, then plants a bomb—thankfully unsuccessful—in the fraternity’s basement. Now Collin has his hands full not only trying to convince his uncle that this might not be the work of homophobes, but also dealing with a fratful of brothers worried about their kegger fridge.

Paramedic Eric Dixon can’t stop thinking about the kid he met during a call at his former college fraternity house. The age gap between them is trumped by sexy eyes, so when Eric sees Collin again at the bomb scene, he pursues him. Soon, Eric is dreaming of being a househusband, fighting to keep Collin safe from whoever’s trying to destroy the fraternity, and helping his sweet young thang realize that repercussions sometimes have silver linings.

She's done it again.. another great read for me! Loved Collin & Eric..
The whole older man and Sweet young Thang was cute and of course there's always
the laughs you can count on...this one was pretty HOT more than the others in my opinion...
Really enjoyed the vibe of mystery!
Can't wait to see who's next for TAG..
