I devoured this book is one sitting  - was late to work since I was up All. Night. Long.

the subject matter was so well written and we got both sides which made it so much more engaging!

I don't think I'll be able to express just how much I LOVED this book..

It was about unconditional love.

It was about loving someone so much you put aside your fears and just gave yourself  to them.. heart, mind and soul!

Pipa even knowing first hand how much her life had been affected by Mental Illness decided to take a chance and wear her heart on her sleeve for all that it was worth.. She wanted to love strong for the both of them even if it would never be enough.

And Toby!! oh Toby watching him struggle, deal daily and finally coup with his Mental illness was just incredible. It ultimately had to be his decision. He had to realize and accept what his responsibilities were and take charge . And he did!!

I don't want to go to much into the book other than to say it was a Beautiful story about family, acceptance, unconditional love and friendship when you thought you were in the dark alone but weren't!!

This was a very sexy, angst filled read where two childhood friends are torn apart by circumstances out of their control.

One was too young and naive to see past her fears and hurt feelings..

Not thinking straight she fled not wanting to face all the the ones she felt betrayed her.

The other was only doing what he felt was the right.. he knew she wouldn't be able to handle the situation and he'd always been her rock, her best~friend, her protector!!

They both were stubborn and had to much pride to ever look back until they were forced together..

Although it had been years since these two had seen each other all those old feelings resurfaced Justin turned into the ultimate asshole although still loyal to fault.. And Patch was still as unaware and naive as before..

It was fun to see them interact with each other and you could see the build up of what was inevitably going to happen.. The flash backs to their youth was super cute... and no matter how much Justin tried to keep his distance he just cared to much for Patch to fully let go..

I really enjoyed this read especially when Justin was being a total douche because I could easily see through his facade.. A very cute friends to lovers and a second chance to something that should have been all along!!

It's as if every special ingredient for the perfect read was present!!

I was in the mood for this read, I was highly anticipating this read, The characters fit, The humor was belly clutching, The sexy time was scorching HOT and the storyline was on POINT!!

Alex and Vi had their moments and Vi with her diarrhea of the month just never disappoints.. I don't think there's not one reader out there that won't associate the pelvic thrust when Vi even thinks the name Randy Balls!!!

Miller and Daisy had their say as well.. Watching my Yeti embrace the model boyfriend  roll was just tooth achingly adorable...

There was not one thing I didn't LOVE about this book!!

Indie was the BOMB reminds me of a few crazy girlfriends I try to stay out of public areas with hahaha, Her voice of reason and personality was on point!!

We got a Super Fun, Scorching Hot read with an awesome flow and an amazingly sexy sweet story-line!!

Yes Brody "Subway" Easton was one arrogant SOB but he was also this genuinely amazing guy to those he cared about.. I loved his banter with Grouper, his dirty talk and even dirtier mind when he interacted with Delilah.. his nurturing side when he was with Marlene.. There was so much to Brody you couldn't help but fall for him..

Which is no wonder Delilah did!!!

This gal had me girl crushing HARD .. She had the cutest quirky antics.

CUM..HI... bwahaha~ I'll just leave that there you'll just have to read about it!!!

Although Delilah was able to prove her worth in the sports casting world and had 

this tough as nails exterior there were a few emotional traumas she had to deal with..

I could not put this read down would actually really enjoy a sequel with Indy in it :D among other characters that definitely made an impact!! (but will remain nameless do to spoilers)

But alas Fi was indeed absolutely perfect for him and he knew this and he waited..
What a GUY!! But once Dex blasted his charm there was no escape, there was no holds bar as son as Dex decided he'd waited long enough..

READ THIS it had it all sexy times, funny moments, fun glimpses of what the gang has been up to, a tad of angst and a fantastic HEA!!

I feel like such a cougar drooling over Jax, I watched him grow up.. hahaha 

well read about him as a boy now a full grown man with a dirty mouth..

Jax was protective, a total pushover when it came to Hope and just well PERFECT!!

He fawned over his "girls" and denied them nothing.. Some of those scenes with Hope and Jax just had me grinning like a loon they were so cute!!

Ellie was so sweet but also so strong.. She went through so much and had a difficult time trusting, her every thought and move was for Hope.. Hell being screwed over by your own family would do that.. When she allowed herself to let the Mayson's in she realized what she could have and with obviously no choice fell in Love with them all..

As with the Mayson way of course she was claimed!!

"You've got a smart mouth, Maybe I should give you something to fill it."

This was such a great spin off addition to one of my favorite series..

The story lines, family support, panty drenching sex scenes and possessiveness of these men is enough to grab you from the start.. Yes their Insta - Love and yes the immediate attraction is far fetched but hell it's their BOOM.. and who am I to question destiny or fate?

Another one knocked out of the park Ms. Reynolds!! Keep them coming...
