This felt like an absolute tease to me with an awesome set up for more!!

Anthony Bear has made a name for himself by making smart moves and being ruthless. 

It was a bit unnerving reading about this total bad-ass having an obvious chip on his shoulders.  But it's crazy how one person can open your eyes to a world you never knew you needed or even wanted.

Reading about how Anthony and Christy met and how unsettled he was when he began realizing that what he was feeling and doing - contradicted the why's of it was beautiful..

I can't really go too much into Christy's role in all of this since it's basically the driving storyline.. But I can say she was strong, caring and the perfect partner for Anthony!

This wasn't an over the top gritty read in my opinion, it was nothing like Grizz and Kits story which we did get to see them again.. this wasn't about outlaws and Anthony's indiscretions..

This was a story about two damaged people who fell in love in the most unlikeliest way.. 

I wanted More.. 

While I got to know Anthony and Christy I was left with so many questions.. there were small conversations through out that were left hanging - events eluded to with no explanation or further mention.. There was Nisha and X as well as Lucy and Booker I need to know everything about them as well.

SOOOO I am very excited to see where Ms. Flynn will be taking us next!!

What an amazing story.. I FELT the connection between these two broken characters
right from the start..
This one blew it right out of the park!!

The opening to this story was gut wrenching and utterly raw..
we hear about it on the news so much more frequent now..
I for one always wondered about the survivors of these horrendous radical crimes ..
what of the family and friends of the offender.. how it all impacts everyone involved..
How could anyone deal with this not just physically but mentally!

Guilt is a very ugly thing - something that can consume you.. mix that with lies & secrets and you have a concoction you might never be able to run away from!!

I won't get into the story other than to stay I absolutely loved it..
It was so beautiful to see Jessica and Keir slowly fall in love but I was also on the edge of my seat waiting for all hell to break loose and the shit hit the fan!!

It was emotional, real, raw, sexy, inspiring and the feels just kept coming out of everywhere!!
It's a must read for Karina Halle fans she's out done herself again!!

So I'll keep it short and sweet...

After seeing the movie I was a bit hesitant about reading Christians POV..

Since I for one did not Love the movie.. 

But I was hooked.. 

Couldn't get enough of it.. I'm hoping Ms. James will write the other 2 books like this.. 

I missed all the kinky Fuckery, the Banter, the Characters!!

This right here is what lured me in to reading contemporary erotica.. 

Their story is what opened my eyes.. broadened  my palate... and I haven't looked back since..

I want more!!! This was such a Tease....

Well these two did way more than kiss that's for sure!!

BENNETT definitely met his match with LENNOX.. she was all hard core steal on the outside but so vulnerable and insecure on the inside which was perfect IMO...

Lennox was all sass and heart but you had to earn that love...

Bennett wasn't dealt an easy hand but being the Bomb Diggity single Dad won him some serious brownie points..

I was so ready for Bennett's' story and thoroughly enjoyed it. We got to see the Dad, Swat member and Lover all in one and boy was he the total package!! There were only a few instances I could have knocked him across the head but in all honesty I could see where he was coming from.. Although communication would have been key.. 

Just saying! 

Lennox was the total package kick-ass, Smart, Ambitious and Loyal.. Once she let those walls down she was all in....

She was fiercely protective of Reagan, didn't beat around the bush when she wanted o get her point across and had a heart of gold!

Again another fun, witty, action packed story..  Tons of laugh out loud moments with sill that attention grabbing undertone of suspense.. I cannot emphasis enough how much I enjoy catching up with old characters and getting the lay of the land on what comes next!!!

P.S.  so happy no favorite pets died during this installment not sure I could have taken another shocker like that.. I'm still not over (you know who..)

I Devoured it!!

I know I'll be going through a serious book funk after finishing OOT!!

Nothing will appeal, I'll be in limbo for days, all I'll speak about is OOT!!

It was that FUCKING GOOD...

I never really thought Nine Minutes ended on a cliffy but there was so much more that could've been answered.. And we get that in OOT with a cliffy and more questions and so many other crosswords and story lines!!! Gahhhh 

Grizz was the mother-fucking man hands down, 

the way every turn was already mapped, questions anticipated.. 

The life he was brought up in and the life he led weren't easy.. Reading about his past was gut wrenching, 

I could sympathize and came to terms with the man he became. He absolutely adored 

Kit and while reading OOT you could grasp just how deep that Love went..

Ginny had so much thrown at her and had to come to terms with all the lies she 

lived with..

All the decisions made for her, she was sheltered for her own sanity.

 I wondered while reading if she would've been able to deal with the truths, 

been able to still Love Grizz as much as she did knowing how ruthless he was, really seeing how he dealt out his punishments and how he gained all that respect and 

fear from his club and those around him.

Grunt finally got a chance to tell his side of story, shed some much needed light on past events. 

I kept telling myself through out the story that he was SO young, also had an abusive childhood and was forced to grow up way to fast. 

As well as everything he did, every move he made was all for Love. He was loyal to a fault but again loyal to those he deemed worthy. We got to see a different, more mature, controlled/reserved side to Tommy and he was amazing and so patient with Ginny.

I fell for him more and more as I continued to read, but also wanted to kick him in the neck with certain revelations..

SO many characters played important roles which I will not get into.

But all I will say is that there were some jaw dropping, eye opening moments that were just Brilliant. BUT no matter what was revealed and what the future holds for those still actively in the game I have been and forever will be Team Grizz..

One of the coolest things about reading this book is that I know all the counties and streets mentioned in it.. Some roads I take on a regular basis and can't help but wonder how it would have looked back in the 50's..

I still cannot believe when I picked up NM last year that it was from a debut author, 

and NOW reading OOT the continuation to NM I'm still in Aww of the writing, world building and characters have been amazing.. I will continue to follow Beth Flynn anxious to see what else she has in store for us and recommend these books to anyone that will listen for a very long time..

Jesse was all smoke and mirrors you need to dig deep, 

real deep and See the Real man, which is something Bell managed to do. 

He's  always gone above and beyond for his club, his brothers and their women.. 

Jesse continuously showed his loyalty and friendship by never backing down and has laid his life down for those he loves. But if you actually took the time to see Jesse actually look at the man.

 he was broken, shattered really.. so damaged he wouldn't allow anyone to reciprocate. Not his brothers, not his family  and friends and especially not Bell. 

He has it down to a science with his man-whore ways, smart ass mouth and some times harsh words..

This was an amazing read.. I devoured.. Every new addition to this series has been phenomenal and better than the last. Who would have thought Jesse suffered so much, bottled all this guilt and hate for himself.. Bell wasn't much better but she owned up and KNEW she had issues, once she realized she had to do her! she did... on her own.. 

The story had so much going on but not once did I feel overwhelmed. We dug into Bell's life and the why's of it all as well as Jesse's, finally watching him come to terms with his past and well intended decisions.. 

Definitely a must read 

and that ending blew me away seriously need to see where Ms. Savage takes us next with her spin off series as well as some other characters I'd love to know more about from the Knights Rebels MC.
