Started off with Nikki flawed beyond possible repair.. She's a cutter on anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. She's basically bidding her time and moving through daily motions just to get by.. You CAN'T help but want to reach out to her and guide her... But she's SOOO strong in her own understated ways she just doesn't know it... YET!!!

Kitchen sex, well I think they might've but definitely shower sex.....

The smexing was hot hands down.. but I have to admit It was maybe TOO much and mainly because it was too far fetched. Not something I would normally baulk about but I wish they had met each other previously somehow or at least maybe have had a drink first??

The writing was good and in my opinion this definitely was more of a fantasy erotica read.

From beginning to end non stop action, plot, humor and SIZZLE



Regan was so amazing.. NOTHING broke her she fought back any way she could, not once did she come across as whiney or a victim.. I SOOO was crushing on her especially the way she handled that wooden leg!!!!


Daniel was just BADASS... Totally under control!! demanding when necessary, comforting when most needed, He was the perfect HERO..
He went in calm and cool, got the job done AND got the girl!


This is definitely another one of my favorite reads for 2014!!
from the storyline to the characters it was wonderful
Can't wait for the next...
